Weight Management and a Whole Food Plant Based (WFPB) Food Lifestyle
Join me for a five-week program, exploring some of the challenges we face with weight management and introducing a whole food plant-based (WFPB) approach to eating in order to achieve our needs. In addition to supporting one another on our weight management journey, we will be learning what this WFPB approach is all about.
Our meetings will each run for 2 hours with a short break in the middle.
Our meetings will include:
- 45 minutes of group support where we explore how our weight management and life journey is progressing,
- 1 hour of information and discussion regarding the adoption of a WFPB approach to food.
Groups will convene each Monday from 5.30pm – 7.30pm on the following dates:

- 30th November 2020
- 7th December 2020
- 14th December 2020
