Throughout the year we plan to run some free, or low-cost, brief information sessions in the Southern Highlands. Where possible, these will be scheduled outside of normal working hours to ensure we can get as many people involved as possible.

Topics to be included in these information sessions may include:

  • Coping with Anxiety during COVID-19
  • Good Enough Parenting – what does that mean?
  • What is a healthy food lifestyle and why don’t we do it?
  • Coping with exam stresses.
  • Dealing with challenging relatives.

Please get in touch with any suggestions you might have for these information sessions and we will gladly consider including them in our calendar.

Southern Highlands Health Retreats

We will also be offering people access to some Physical and Mental Health Retreats, hosted in the Southern Highlands.

During these retreats, attendees will receive one-on-one assistance to identify challenges relating to current physical and mental health, access to personalised support from a psychologist, dietician, nutritionist and GP as well as cooking classes to help change your eating lifestyle at home.

If you’re interested in attending events such as these, please let us know.

We offer affordable rates for psychological counselling whether you have a referral, with a Mental Health Care Plan, from your GP or not. Our counselling appointments can be in person in our Bowral office, online via Zoom or over the telephone, whichever option suits you best right now.
